Jason Wells is the founder and leader of Mechanics of Faith, a nonprofit organization working to help individuals and families overcome one of the often-overlooked barriers to stability: reliable transportation.

Through Mechanics of Faith, Jason and his team provide affordable vehicle repairs and support to people who might otherwise be unable to get to work, medical appointments, school, and the other responsibilities that keep life moving forward.

Jason's journey to this work is rooted in a desire to use his skills and experience to serve others. What began as a passion for helping people has grown into an organization focused on meeting people where they are and helping remove practical barriers that can keep families from moving forward.

Mechanics of Faith demonstrates how solving one seemingly simple problem can create a much larger impact. A repaired vehicle can mean a person keeps their job, a parent can get their child to an appointment, or a family gains another opportunity to move toward stability.
