Josh Rowley CPA

Josh leads Eide Bailly's Technology Industry Service group. He has been working primarily with SaaS companies since 2015. His technical areas of focus include mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and reorganization, R&D tax credit, state income tax, sales tax and 1202 stock. His focus is creating enterprise value in preparation for an equity transaction. He is passionate about creating uniquely great outcomes.

Adam leads Eide Bailly's Passthrough Entity Consulting group. He has extensive knowledge in the area of partnership tax, including interpreting partnership agreements, allocation and distribution provisions, and issuing compensatory equity. He is also experienced with both the buying and selling sides of domestic and foreign joint ventures, tax credit partnerships and a variety of IRS controversy matters. Adam also leads Eide Bailly’s Opportunity Zone working group.

Adam has a talent for distilling tax rules into concepts that can be understood by non-tax professionals. He is responsive and transparent with clients, and always takes an open ear to his interactions, listening carefully to understand all sides of an issue before reaching any conclusions.

Outside of the office, Adam is a family man who enjoys everyday moments with his wife and kids. When he wants to unwind, he loves getting outdoors for a run or a round of golf.
