Bobby Frazier is the CEO and founder of The 1911 Foundation, an organization dedicated to educating and empowering young Black minds in urban communities. Through education, mentorship, and community involvement, the foundation helps young people prepare for college, develop financial literacy, learn how to rebuild and strengthen their communities, and build the skills needed for self-preservation and lifelong success.
Bobby is also a social studies teacher at Columbia High School in Decatur, Georgia, and brings a strong educational background and passion for leadership to his work. His commitment goes beyond the classroom. He believes investing in young people means investing in the future of entire communities.
In this conversation, we explore the importance of education, preserving legacy, building stronger communities, and creating opportunities for the next generation. We also discuss the power of connection, mentorship, and the responsibility we all share in helping young people find their wings and make a lasting difference.
