Discover community, healing and wellness through body movement and play! Experience the fun side of healing with Duality of Dance featuring Jake Trembath & LDUB CLUB with Laci Wall aka LDUB!

If you are like most of us, music and dance has been calling your name. Dance is quickly becoming one of the favorite ways to healing across the nation. People are finding, healing and playing in their connections with others through dance. You are 20 times more likely to succeed in developing a habit or changing aspects of your life if you are doing it in a play space. So it’s no wonder that dance therapy has become so transformative.

Come heal, grow and play with us, while we learn to connect with each other and music.

Meet your facilitators:

Laci Wall aka LDUB is a dance fitness instructor, TEDX speaker, and DNA wellness advocate out of St. George, UT that believes “we’re meant to feel good more than we don’t” and that “life is like a dance routine”. With a degree in Human Performance and Wellness she has created her own dance fitness format and comfortable space to “Just Be” along with co- creating the 7 Elements of Wellness community, podcast and lifestyle routine. Laci’s purpose has been to share the importance of moving your body, freeing your energy, and learning to find your worth. Dancing has been an outlet for a lifelong health journey and a tool to elevate her spiritual, mental, emotional, relational, nutritional, physical and financial wellness and believes her overall purpose has been to heal and serve others on their journey of Self-Love.

Jake Trembath blends a unique style of Country Swing and West Coast Swing, into a new and more dynamic way of dance, Soul Coast Swing. Allowing the play from Country Swing to form together with the romance and flow of slotted dance styles, it allows an unrestricted and fun fluidity to learn the art of partner dance.

Jake and his style, Soul Coast, builds a container of safety and play, that allows you to choose into the masculine/lead and feminine/follow dynamic within all of us. Showing us not only how we show up in dance, but also in our relationships and within life.

Each move learned, allowing a deeper connection and understanding of self, building a foundation of flow, form, and freedom to play, connect and grow, not only as a dancer, but as a person, as well. Creating magical moments and magnificent movements allow it’s name, Soul, to truly be seen within each step of dance.

Jake holds the space within his lessons, that dance is a practice, not a perfect. Each dance is a chance to dive into the duality, depth, and divinity that this life holds.
