Welcome to The Ripple Effect Project!

Today we’re excited to welcome Emanuel Martinez, President and Founder of Operation Christmas RGV, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to bringing hope, opportunity, and meaningful support to underserved families throughout the Rio Grande Valley.

Through health and job fairs, educational programs, back-to-school initiatives, holiday assistance, and community events, Emanuel and his team are working to make it easier for individuals and families to find the help and resources they need without feeling overwhelmed or alone.

Emanuel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from South Texas College and is passionate about empowering families, creating opportunities, and inspiring others to serve their communities.
